How do I get billed if I need to change plans in the middle of a billing cycle?

We know teams change all the time and we’ve got your back. Any changes made to your subscription plan will go into effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. If you’re upgrading, you can start to add users right away. If you’re downgrading, please ensure to disable any users who no longer need access before the end of the billing cycle.

Can I access DigiSpoke from my phone/tablet?

DigiSpoke will load in your mobile device and you’ll be able to view projects and collaborate on tasks in the projects view. Mobile is a high priority feature on our roadmap and we’re continuously working on providing a better mobile experience for our users.

Does DigiSpoke support non-English languages?

Our global network of users is very important to us. You can use almost any language with DigiSpoke. However, the user interface is currently only availabable in English. We will continue to monitor demand for languages other than English and plan to prioritize internationalization accordingly.
